DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). At Vivderma UK we use a combination of Royal Mail and Courier to ship your orders as it depends on the weight of the parcel and the delivery location. We deliver Worldwide. UK delivery normally takes 3-5 working days from dispatch. As it is sent with Royal Mail we do have to allow for 10 business days for delivery.

Delivery times and services vary for different countries, please take the following as an estimated guide from the date of dispatch:

UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands, Northern Island, offshore & Channel Islands): 3-5 working days.

EUROPE: Delivery is typically within 3-10 working days

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: Delivery typically takes 3-10 working days but for some countries it can take up to 30 days.

You will receive an email to let you know as soon as your order has been dispatched. We advise double checking your email address when placing your order to ensure that you receive this email. Please allow 1-5 working days for your order to be dispatched and up to 30 days do be delivered, depending on country.

  

CUSTOM CHARGES & VAT

If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. All estimated delivery times could be delayed by Customs entry procedures.

Our prices are all listed in British pounds and VAT is included within our price. As a small business we do not have the resources to support offering VAT refunds on international deliveries. RETURNS

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

SENDING A RETURN

Should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, please notify us within fourteen working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you.

Step 1: Please email customerservices@vivderma.com providing your customer order number, the goods which are being returned and the reasons why.

Step 2: Once you have received confirmation from the Vivderma team please return the product(s) to:

We recommend that your return your items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department.

Step 3: On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. This could take up to 30 days although it will be actioned immediately. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.

When returning your faulty products please include the invoice with the details of the products you are returning and enclose a detailed note with your returned parcel. Please always include a convenient telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office with a tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse.

Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrect.
